The red deer will be giving birth now and the rangers have been putting a plan to help safeguard them into action. The young deer are hidden away in long grass while the mother goes away to feed. You won't know they are there but your dogs will. Please give the baby deer a chance by making sure your dogs are kept on their leads. Your dog will be safer too as mothers will protect their babies.
